Your wedding day should be the best day of your life! No exceptions! Wedding Days have so many moving parts and unless you are blessed with the best of luck, things will go wrong. Engaging a planner and/or coordinator comes at a price but we cannot stress enough the value that you get out of having someone by your side to go through this process with you. We live and breathe weddings. We love them and we are at weddings all the time! This gives us an invaluable insight of how things run, what goes wrong and how to troubleshoot on the day. Your wedding day should be spent with your nearest and dearest getting ready and enjoying quality time with them before the main event. The details
This package is perfect for you if you have done all the hard work but now you need someone to set everything up for you. Think of this package as helping hands to assist with whatever you need on the day. From setting tables to arranging ceremony furniture or even hanging those signs. Leave this task to us so that your loved ones aren’t stuck with these jobs on the day.
Please note this is set up only, no troubleshooting will be provided. We will only set up what has been arranged and delivered.

The details
Do you need someone on site to bump in all the vendors and tell them where and what they need to be doing? Or maybe you need someone to be onsite in case there are any problems.
Forgotten something? We will sort it. You name it we are your person on the ground. We will style tables, arrange furniture and pull it all together on the day to ensure your vision comes to life.
Includes:
- Phone consult to go over everything you have arranged and gain supplier names.
-We then contact every supplier and let them know we are the ones to call if there's a problem or question.
-We create a run sheet and site map and send it out to each supplier, we bump everyone in and tell them where everything has to go.
-Creation of table layout brief to be approved by you
-Creation of ceremony and reception layout brief to be approved by you
-Full set up of everything (table cloths, plates, napkins, attaching signs, placing place cards).
-You can also count on us to welcome your guests in and make sure they get to where they need to go at the right time.

The details
This is perfect for you if you have already booked the big items, the venue, photographer, celebrant etc. But now you need help to style and coordinate the event. Styling is more than making it look pretty, it can help or hinder the entire feel of the event. From ceremony details to napkins and place cards, every item adds something to your event and we're here to make sure it's cohesive, meets your budget and is beautiful.
STYLING
We determine the look and feel you're looking for. We then provide you with a mood board to see that vision based on real stock and not just a pinterest dream.

-Phone consult to determine style and vision (we can help offer ideas)
-Mood board creation and approval
-We then provide you with the quotes of all the styling aspects for your choosing.
-We confirm all vendors
-Creation of a run sheet, site map and overall relaxed feel to the event.

COORDINATION
As with the on the day coordination, we make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
